Absolutely! With green fee prices in Mallorca being on the higher end, the GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca usually pays for itself just after a few rounds of golf.

Additionally, you stay completely flexible in your travel plans, as the benefits of your GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca apply on any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, at any available tee time and – as often as you like. Plus, exclusive partner deals are waiting for you.

Your savings vary depending on the golf course, but in most cases, you will receive a price advantage of 20% or 25% on standard green fees (Rackrate).

The card benefits apply for a full year and cover an unlimited number of rounds of golf.

The only exceptions are: Club de Golf Son Servera and Capdepera Golf: Maximum of five advantage green fees on each golf course. Arabella Golf courses Son Vida, Son Quint, Son Muntaner: Maximum of six advantage green fees (two on each golf course).

The golf courses T Golf Calvià and T Golf Palma can only be booked as green fee package. The number of green fees included depends on the package selected.

Please note that only one green fee per day can be redeemed per partner golf course.

Our Partner Deals are exclusively available to holders of a valid GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca. To access them, simply log in to your customer account, select your desired offer, and you will be redirected to the relevant deal on our partner’s website. Please note that all bookings and transactions are handled directly by our partners, not in our shop.

Arena reserves the right to change or remove partners and offers at any time. If a Partner Deal is no longer available, we accept no liability, especially if the purchase of the GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca was made based on a deal that is no longer valid.

MY ACCOUNT

Your card will be shipped by post from Switzerland to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times vary by country and destination:

• Switzerland, Liechtenstein: 1-2 working days (A-Post)
• Germany, Austria, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Spain: 2-4 working days
• France, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland: 2-5 working days
• Denmark: 4-8 working days

If your GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca has not been delivered within 10 working days, please contact us at info@golf-clubcard.com.

Value added tax: For orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the final price of CHF/EUR 99 shown in the online shop includes the statutory value added tax of 8.1%. This is clearly indicated during the ordering process.

No import sales tax or customs duties are payable on deliveries outside Switzerland. However, if an unexpected fee is charged, the customer is responsible for paying it. The Arena accepts no liability for this.

Right of withdrawal: The GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca is a personalised product, created and manufactured specifically for you. Please note that, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, returns or cancellations after purchase are excluded.

Simply book your preferred tee time directly at the respective partner golf course, either by telephone or email. To receive your price advantage, please refer to your GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca and have the card number of your personal card and, if applicable, as well as those of your playing partners ready. Your requested tee time will be allocated by the golf course based on availability and confirmed by email.

You can redeem your advantage green fees at any tee time available and on any day. That’s a promise.

Please contact the respective golf course’s reservation department as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation of your tee time. Rescheduling or cancelling a confirmed tee time within the required timeframe is usually free of charge.

Since your contract is with the golf courses and not with us, their terms and conditions (cancellation policy) apply.

You can choose:

• Pay conveniently by credit card after completing your booking,
• Pay directly on site when you arrive at the pro shop.

Important: Green fee packages at T Golf must always be paid in advance by credit card.

When checking in at the pro shop, please present

• your valid GOLF CLUB CARD Mallorca
• a valid ID.

If you cannot present a valid card, the full standard rate (18-hole rack rate) will apply, or, if you have already paid the advantage green fee, the difference to the standard rate (rack rate) will be charged.

Mallorca’s golf courses require appropriate golf attire:

• A polo shirt with a collar is mandatory.
• T-shirts and sleeveless tops are not permitted.
• Shorts should be knee-length.
• Only golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed.

A replacement card will be issued for a service fee of 30 CHF/EUR (incl. VAT) plus shipping costs.
